Baby Grand Glasgow Restaurant 
Baby Grand in Elmbank Gardens is a Glasgow institution. Specialising in char grilled food, it has an open plan kitchen that allows diners to watch the cooking. Invariably busy, the atmosphere is completely unique which makes it a great place to unwind after work helped by live piano music Wednesday to Saturday. It's also a big favourite with dining before going to, and after, the theatre.

Indicative menu: Gourmet sausages, Rosemary pork fillets, Baby Grand Caesar salad, Char grilled haggis with turnip puree, asparagus & jus, Banana bread & butter pudding with Glenmorangie caramel sauce.

Kama Sutra Glasgow Restaurant

Indicative menu: Pakora, chicken chaat and aloo tikki patties; South Indian Garlic Chilli Chicken, aromatic pilau rice and freshly fired naan bread, gulab jamins swathed in syrup with swirls of fresh cream.

Brian Maule at Chardon D'Or Glasgow Restaurant
Brian Maule was Head Chef at the Michelin Star London restaurant, Le Gavroche. Earlier last year with full backing of the Roux dynasty Brian has fulfilled his lifelong ambition opening his own restaurant in Glasgow.

With a masterful combination of traditional French techniques and textures Brian uses the very best of Scottish produce to create dishes of a standard most chefs can only dream about

Indicative menu: Tartlet of Arran smoked salmon with herb cream cheese. Roast Rib-Eye of Scottish beef with cepes, flavoured with garlic. Vanilla crème brulée.

Paperinos Glasgow Restaurant 
Paperinos remains a firm favourite among Glasgow's Italian eateries, attracting everyone from local office workers to families. Paperinos popularity amongst Glasgow's Italian community is testimony to the authenticity and quality of the cuisine. Two Fat Ladies Glasgow Restaurant
Two Fat Ladies West End is a renowned small, busy, and informal Fish and Shellfish Restaurant in the heart of the West End of Glasgow, yards from the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and University.

Famous for Fish cooked with simplicity and care, friendly service and bustle it offers great value for money with reasonably priced menus and a small but compact wine list.

Indicative menu: Steamed Loch Etive mussels with white wine and cream, pan- fried fillet of sea bass on basil mash, whole sole with saffron and coriander butter, king prawns with thai curry and ginger risotto, trioof crème brulée, sticky toffee pudding.

Ubiquitous Chip Glasgow Restaurant
Set in a mews lane in The West End of Glasgow, the Ubiquitous Chip was last year awarded Taste of Scotland: Best City Restaurant in Scotland. Its wine list is frequently rated as one of the top ten in Britain for quality and value, and its green, vinous courtyard restaurant is uniquely beautiful with its glass roof and trickling pool.
